Changes in the Study Schedule:

We require that all students remain consistent in the minimum number of class hours, Monday through Friday.  For morning classes, we require a minimum of four hours; however, if you wish to increase your hours, please contact us at the front desk. For classes for less than four hours, lessons are offered in the afternoon only. Please note that you may not be able to change your schedule once the week has begun.

Special Schedules:

If you know you will not be able to attend class on a particular day or week, please notify the Administrator on the Thursday before that date.  A special schedule for the coming week will be arranged to complete the number of hours contracted.

Thursday Confirmation of Schedules:

During class each Thursday, our Administrator will visit you at your desk to reconfirm your schedule for the coming week and remind you of any payments due.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you have arranged your schedule for the coming week, you must pay for the number of hours you requested.  If you miss one or several days, you will still have to pay for those days.

Last Minute Emergencies:

To make up a class that is impossible to attend due to illness, please notify the Administrator before the class starts; otherwise, it may not be made up.

Making Up the Hours:

You may only make up hours of tuition due to death in the family, serious illness (certified by a Physician), or accident.  This will not apply to trips, visits, etc.  Hours should be made up during the same week, including Saturday, and make-up hours scheduled with the director or the Reservations Officer.

Payments:

  • For new students, we require that payments be made in advance (prior to arrival) or on the first day of class.
  • For current students, we require the payment to be made by the Friday before the upcoming week of lessons, to guarantee the scheduling of your classes.
  • If, for any reason, you are unable to make the payment by the Friday before classes begin, please notify immediately about it to the principal.
  • No extra charges will be added for payments made by credit card.

Refunds:

In case you require a refund for a justified reason, please note that 25% of your remaining balance will be withheld to cover taxes and administrative fees. This refund policy applies only to your balance related to classes and host family payments.

Your balance is valid for one year and can be used for all our services, including online lessons. Additionally, if you are unable to use it personally, you may authorize another individual to do so by notifying us via email, providing the necessary instructions, and the person’s name prior to receiving the reservation form. Please note that current prices will apply at the time of exchanging your balance for services.

A US$50 fee is required to secure your reservation. This payment is non-refundable and does not serve as a deposit, nor does it contribute towards any other services offered by CSA. Please be aware that this fee does not apply to students registered in person and is valid for one year. Please be aware that this fee does not apply to students registered in person.
