Refund Policy for Students – Online Modality

This policy applies exclusively to international students who enroll in the online programs offered by CSA The Spanish Academy.

🕒 1. Refund Request Period

  • Students have a period of 6 months from the payment date to request a refund.
  • After this period, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

💸 2. Administrative Fee Deduction

  • All approved refunds will be subject to a 25% deduction from the total amount paid, covering:
  • Administrative expenses
  • Accounting and tax processing

🌐 3. International Transfers

  • Refunds will be issued via international bank transfer, and any associated fees or charges will be borne by the student.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the issuing institution.

🧾 4. Refund Restrictions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The student has accessed more than 25% of the hours purchased.

⏳ 5. Estimated Processing Time

  • Complete and approved refund requests will be processed within 30 to 45 business days.

❗ 6. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Situations such as serious illness or force majeure events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, provided supporting documents are submitted.
